Tammy is a longtime Granbury resident and founder of Freedom Physical Therapy.
Jennifer is a PT and has been with Freedom PT since 2016.
Payton received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, both from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
Maria joined Freedom in 2022 after receiving her PTA degree from Weatherford College.
DeAnn joined Freedom in 2022. She is a PTA and works part time.
Kaela received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009 from the University of Kansas Medical Center after doing her undergraduate studies at William Jewell College near Kansas City.
Shonda started the Pelvic Health Program at Freedom in March 2024.
Josh officially joined Freedom in February 2025 after graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Incarnate Word.
Paige joined Freedom in July 2026
Robyn joined the team at Freedom Physical Therapy in 2022 and quickly became a champion of the front office.
Audra joined the team at Freedom Physical Therapy in December of 2023.
Stephanie joined the Freedom team in March 2025.
Marcie is currently enrolled in the DPT program at Tarleton.
