Locally owned and operated, we are an independent facility with a professional staff. We have over 125 years of collective experience, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and offering progressive treatment plans.

Our goal is to help you reach your functional and fitness goals. As certified LSVT BIG therapy providers, we also provide specialized care for individuals with Parkinson's disease. Additionally, we have a Golf Health Program to enhance your golf performance.

We offer the courtesy of verifying your insurance benefits and filing your claims.

It remains your responsibility to provide correct information and to satisfy your portion relating to deductibles and/or co-pays.  

We also offer cash pay services at competitive rates and as packages.

Freedom Golf Health

Our Certified Golf Health Specialist, Jennifer Karnes, PT, will make the Body-Swing ConnectionTM to improve your body and improve your game.

This will be an assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health, and client history.
